Applications

On-Orbit Data Processing

The shift from raw data collection to on-orbit intelligence is one of the defining trends in the NewSpace economy. The BRAIN edge processor, combined with Infinity Avionics camera systems, brings up to 100 TOPS of AI/ML compute power directly to the spacecraft. This enables autonomous decision-making, reduced downlink requirements, and faster response times across all mission types.

Sensor Fusion

BRAIN integrates imagery from multiple cameras alongside data from IMUs, LiDAR, star trackers, and other sensors to generate a rich, unified situational picture. This fused output enables decisions, such as autonomous docking manoeuvres or debris avoidance, that no single sensor could support alone.

On-Orbit AI & Machine Learning

Deploy trained neural networks directly on BRAIN’s NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX architecture for object detection, change detection, pose estimation, anomaly detection, or image classification. Mission logic can respond to detections in real time without waiting for a ground station contact. Custom AI models can be uploaded and updated in orbit.
