Taking a step further in our exceptional product assurance, Infinity Avionics has conducted Total Ionizing Dose (TID) performance testing on our products at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) radiation test facilities.
Our products were exposed to up to 40krad TID at ANSTO Cobalt-60 gamma irradiation facility, and the functionality of the products was evaluated at different radiation exposure levels.
The latest camera product from Infinity Avionics, Lynx4MP, along with the FPGA processors, Volkh and Perun, were all functional without performance degradation after 40krad TID exposure. The popular SelfieCam engineering camera was functional without performance degradation up to 30krad exposure.
